4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full upon enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before course start date
• 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 3-7 days before course start date
• No refund available for cancellations less than 3 days before course start date
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approved cancellation

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Amullperag or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Course Policies

8.1 Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for course effectiveness. Participants who miss more than 25% of sessions may be required to retake the course at full price.

8.2 Behavior Standards

We maintain a respectful, supportive learning environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

8.3 Recording Policy

Recording of sessions is prohibited without explicit written permission. This protects the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
